Fax it to us as soon as possible in order to hold your place on the schedule. If you cannot attend the inspection,  please print, complete, and fax the Agreement to us at 803-925-2853 at least 48 hours before the inspection. We will NOT begin your inspection without a signed Inspection Agreement.

WE MUST HAVE A COMPLETED AGREEMENT WITHIN 48 HOURS OF SCHEDULING IN ORDER TO HOLD YOUR PLACE ON THE SCHEDULE.  WE WILL NOT DEPART TO PERFORM YOUR INSPECTION WITHOUT A COMPLETED INSPECTION AGREEMENT!  Please understand that we have driven as much as 100 miles, and the client did not show up.  We wasted a lot of gas and consumed a home inspection calendar slot.
