Being ICC Certified ("code certified") and a licensed Building Official, we can competently perform a pre-drywall inspection of your home while it is being built. We will inspect is after the framing is complete, wiring and plumbing mechanical systems are installed, but before the insulation and drywall are installed. We will find the problems before they are concealed forever. Others offer this service at cut rate prices. Some don't even own a code book! Most have never taken and passed a building code exam! MANY home inspectors simply refuse to perform a re-inspection
after the initial home inspection. We are happy to to re-inspect the
property and report about the repair work performed on a case-by-case
basis. The fee is typically 1/2 of the original inspection price.
|Limited Property inspections|
We will inspect a limited portion of the property that we have not
previously inspected. For example, we will inspect a crawl space,
foundation, or electrical system only.
