Pre-listing Inspections
Read the benefits of having your home inspected PRIOR to
listing it for sale.

| Re-inspections
MANY home inspectors simply refuse to perform a re-inspection
after the initial home inspection. We are happy to to re-inspect the
property and report about the repair work performed on a case-by-case
basis. The fee is typically 1/2 of the original inspection price.

| Limited Property inspections
We will inspect a limited portion of the property that we have not
previously inspected. For example, we will inspect a crawl space,
foundation, or electrical system only.

Home Warranties
We provide a
Home Warranty at a low cost as part of our
package of professional services (90-day warranty to buyers purchasing a
standard home inspection or a 120-day warranty for sellers purchasing a
pre-listing inspection). The warranty is from American Home Warranty and covers
both mechanical and structural issues. There is no deductible and no denial of
claims based on pre-existing conditions.
